These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using TDDetailed's car wash services. By booking a service with us, you accept these terms in full.

1. About Our Service

TDDetailed is a student-run car wash business operated by Tyler, Darnell, and Eastone. We are high school students learning about business and providing quality car wash services to our community.

2. Services Offered

We currently offer three wash packages:

• Exterior Wash - Complete exterior cleaning including hand wash, wheel cleaning, tire shine, and window cleaning
• Interior Wash - Interior cleaning including vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, door panel wipe down, and cup holder cleaning
• Combo Wash - Full interior and exterior wash combining both packages

We do not currently offer waxing, polishing, paint correction, or other advanced detailing services.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our online system by creating an account
• Payment is due at the time of service
• Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund

4. Your Responsibilities

• Remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service
• Inform us of any existing damage or special concerns about your vehicle
• Provide accurate contact information for appointment reminders
• Be available at the scheduled time or notify us of delays

5. Our Responsibilities

• Treat your vehicle with care and respect
• Complete the services as described in your selected package
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Notify you promptly of any issues or scheduling changes

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every vehicle, TDDetailed is a learning business operated by students. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear to your vehicle
• Damage to items left in the vehicle
• Issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions
• Normal wear and tear from the washing process

Please inspect your vehicle before service and report any concerns immediately.

7. Age and Parental Consent

As a student-run business, some services may require parental or guardian consent for customers under 18 years of age. Our operators are minors working under appropriate supervision when necessary.

8. Account Information

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Do not share your login credentials with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
• Provide accurate and current information in your profile

9. Privacy

We collect and store basic information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Name, email, and phone number
• Vehicle information (make, model, year, color)
• Service history and booking information

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only for providing and improving our services.

10. Service Quality

We're students learning the business, so we appreciate your patience and feedback. If you're not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll work to make it right.

11. Weather and Scheduling

• Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions
• We'll contact you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary
• No fees apply for weather-related rescheduling

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows and evolves. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
